Have made a few additions to coffee making since the last post, the Timemore Black Mirror scales have arrived from China which has made a massive difference to the consistency of my morning cup and yesterday I added a Hario V60 Drop Decanter so I can do a larger brew.
This had made things much easier as since getting the hang of this every time I make coffee I get a ‘me too!’
Been experimenting with different bean suppliers and various bean varieties, found a local roastery in Nottingham called 47 Degrees Coffee and have been working through their range. Current go to is their Brazilian.
Now a few kilos of beans into the coffee upgrade plan, things are looking good and at this point I can consistently get really good cups of coffee. Next thing for me is an electric grinder, grinding coffee for two every morning is getting dull!
